How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us, and when the order has left on its way to you, you will receive another email which includes your tracking number.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received an email from us.

Is it easy to do a return if my item doesn't fit?

Absolutely.

Just send your item back to us in perfect condition, unworn and with tags still on and we will exchange or refund it, no questions asked!

Do you have a store?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. We are only online based at the moment. If you do need any help with sizing or any additional advice, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Yes, all your details are securely processed via the Shopify payment system. Shopify is certified with all major acquirers and card schemes. They provide PCI-compliant payment solutions, ensuring that your payments on our website are safe, seamless and secure.

How do I redeem my 'Saddle Up' points?

You may have an email with a code which you can enter at checkout to redeem your discount.

If you don't have this handy just use the Rewards pop up lower left to sign in, and click Ways to Redeem, and you will see your points balance and be able to redeem it on your order!

Do I really get a $10 coupon just by creating an account?

Yes, it's true. Subscribe and get your $10 off code - then you can shop and save all right away!

How do I get $10 discount codes for my friend and I?

Use the Rewards Pop Up. Just share your referral link to a friend and they will save NZD $10 off their order. If they spend NZD$100 or more, you will get a NZD$10 discount voucher code too!

NZ Shipping is Free if I buy $150 of product or more. What if I don't?

If your order costs less than $150, shipping is:

$8 Auckland Metro
$12 Auckland Rural
$15 North Island
$20 South Island. 

You can also collect with no charge from our HQ in Hobsonville - at Unit 24, 3 Inanga Street.

Global Shipping is Free if I buy NZD$350 or more. What if I don't?

International shipping to Australia is NZD$25 and NZD$30 to other top global destinations.

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

Please chat us, email us at hello@saddleandcanter.com or give us a call +64 21 02717702 as soon as possible.

The sooner you give us your correct address the better chance that we and the courier service can update it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can. 

Do I have to pay customs or taxes on my international order?

If any taxes, duties or VAT are to be paid for the import of your parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay those charges.

Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries, so for further information please contact your local customs office. 

All international parcels are sent Duty Unpaid.
